About

Scott coaches leaders and consults to organizations experiencing overwhelm and other breakdowns that affect the ability to achieve their objectives.  He draws from extensive knowledge and experience with leadership practices for undertaking needed, thoughtful change.

Over the span of more than 30 years Scott has worked in public service and as an independent consultant.  He  is a certified organization development consultant (MATC) and Master Certified Coach (ICF).  His consulting career spans government agencies, manufacturing and service companies, and non-profit organizations.  His work has enabled numerous leaders, management groups, boards of directors and staff to quickly assess their challenging situations, re-focus their work future, and then develop the capacity to take new actions that get desired  results.
